Ridge Crossing Industrial Park is a state-of-the-art logistic center featuring over 352,770 Square Feet of Industrial/Flex space with a 20,000 Square Feet retail component and a 20,000 Square Feet of office space.

The industrial complex is located along Schuyler Ave. to the north, Belleville Turnpike to the south, and bordering Sellers Street to the east.

Ridge Crossing is in an ideal industrial location due to its close proximity to the New York Metropolitan markets. Development and planning of this multi-phased industrial site began in third-quarter 2013. The redevelopment is scheduled in a multi-phased process. To date, over 180,000 SF of outdated warehouse has been demolished. The Ridge Crossing team has worked closely with the Town of Kearny and its construction officials, as well as local and state representatives to ensure the new development and buildings will be lifted and remain outside of the new FEMA flood zones. Ridge Crossing Commerce and Logistics Center is committed to providing Class-A warehouse space in a prime location to serve the booming Hudson County Multi-Modal Markets.
